Hi all,
I have a 2005 Toyota Rav4 2.0 D4D that has come in as a non start. Vehicle has no fault codes and customer had said that he stopped it and went to start it 20 mins later and it would not start. Starter engages and turns engine over.
Now i have checked through all live data, rpm, fuel pressure and everything is as should be. I have even got similar model and compared the live data and still see nothing wrong. Immobilizer shows no faults and vehicle is enabled. Rail pressure on cranking is 300 bar. Fuel is diesel and i have had it checked. Changed the injector driver module, cam, crank sensors.
The only thing is i have no injector pulse, compared with the other vehicle, and that is it. Has anyone ever had an ECU go down on one of these, as i have checked it also for burning. I have pined all sensors and signals match. Also checked the timing too and all is as it should be.
If i use easy start vehicle will run on it so no mechanical issues.
Have also changed the fuel pump control valves, and no difference.
when i disconnect any sensor it will show a fault.
Any ideas?
