Toyota Land Cruiser 2010 3.0D DTC P062F

Hello,

I tested Toyota Land Cruiser 2010 year 3.0D and:
Engine control unit fault code - P062F - eeprom control faulty
Gearbox control unit fault code - P062F - eeprom control faulty
ABS control unit faulty - Engine control unit faulty

I can't delete these error's. In cluster 4WD light, engine light, ESP light are on.

How can delete these fault codes? Need to be changed ECU and made new keys?
Maybe someone know how to solve these fault codes?
