Opel Corsa-D 2007 1.3 CDTi Non Start

Hi All!

It seems, I'm fighting again with an Opel car & dance called again...

About the car:
Opel Corsa-D
Year: 2007
Engine: 1.3 CDTi
Engine Code: Z13DTH

When I'm got the car:
- Non Start - The car starts for a moment and after stop.
- DTC's: Water in Fuel (P2264) & Lamba Issue.
- I have deleted the 2 DTC.

And now:
- Non Start - The car starts for a moment and after stop.
- No DTC's.

What I Checked:
Everything what needs to car start...
- Fuel delivery pressure 4,2 bar ✔
- Crankshaft position sensor signal ✔
- Camshaft encoder signals ✔
- Shared Common Rail pipe pressure is good 350-380 bar (when I'm starting) ✔
- Mass Air Flow meter ✔
- I updated the ECM from Software version 1 to Software version 5 (with GlobalTIS) ✔
- I updated the BCM Software (with GlobalTIS) ✔

Other interesting things:
I can not update the IPC because I have an error message: Inadequate hardware...
I'm thought for the Immobilizer but I have NO DTC's...

And finally the car starts for a moment and after stop...

If anyone has ideas or suggestions then I will be happy to accept.
