One of my friends asking me how to adapt, program new ELV (electric steering lock ) on Audi A4 2009+ I personally never done one except on the Audi A8 and on the Passat B6. I think it is the same procedure but he saying it is not. He also said that AVDI, VCDS with pin code, failed to do it which I doubt it. I know ODIS will need online connection. Any suggestions how we can help him?
