Toyota Avensis 2006 Injector Circuit Fault P0200-P1238

Hi

Got this Toyota Avensis D4D 2006 which has bit of misfiring diagnosed it and got two fault codes....

1) P0200 Injector Circuit / Open..
2) P1238 Injector Malfunction..

Have checked wiring connections on injectors, also resistance on injectors looks all OK.........

Has any one come a cross this kind of fault before.........
