VAG ErWin Flat Rates

Hi.

Does anyone else have issues when paying for a flat rate in Audi erWin?

I paid for a flat rate yesterday to update a digital service record but when I try and open the repair information, I get a separate window saying my flat rate has expired! Even though I just paid for it...

Their system is out by 1 hour.
