PSA SID807 Using K-Tag KTM100 Issue

Hi
Any can help me?
I have a Ktag with Trasdata software and i try to read a PSA SID807
Read all OK make boot and see the progress to 100%.
But on this last step the software close before the windows to safe came on!
I also tray on 3 PC´s, on my tablet nothing on 2Core2 PC also nothing and a I5 all the same, before came the save windows the Software close without error!

My Ktag is Clone EU from CCTuning.EU.

This fuk*** also is shit on to help and also to give reset tokens!
this is another problem what i have with this GuYYYYYY.
