Mercedes E Class W212 2016 E220 CDi Various Faults After Accident

Hi there i have a 2016 e220 cdi that has a light bump no airbags deployed

starts & drives but has a problem with injector number 4 and no communication with add blue

i am trying to find the third fuse box

its not in the side panels near dashboard

any help would be great full thanks
