Rover MG 2003-2004 Immo OFF

How are you?

I have a Rover MG, Year 2003-2004. Inside the ECU there is a 24C04 Eeprom.
If I read this Eeprom, can I make Immo off for this car? These are the datas of ECU.
It is made by Bosch.
