I'm talking about an Mazda BT-50, 2.5TD, 2008, 105KW, WL-C. Few time ago client call me at phone, complaining that his car not start even cold or warm, just if is towed and then is enough 3-4m each time he stop engine is need to tow the car to can use it. About the same time car begin to smoke plenty and no power + engine begin to lose oil at all gaskets. After some time engine still not start but now it work regular without smoke and no more oil leak but as say not start. Today (after 1 month of talk at phone) he bring the car in my garage. After diagnose I get some faults:
-P0402-EGR flow excessive detected
-permanent
-no symptom
-P0101-mass or volume air flow circuit range/performance problem
-permanent
-no symptom
-P0113-IAT sensor 1 circuit high imput
-permanent
-no symptom
-P0102-mass or volume air flow circuit low imput
-permanent
-no symptom
But after these errors were deleted, they not pop up any more, I guess they were received wen engine smoked and have problem with power.
So I towed the car and true in max 5m engine start. A new diagnose not bring out any error. I see that if I stop engine and try to start again in max 3 seconds it start (heavy) but if I wait more than 5 sec engine not start at all. In live data I noticed that fuel pressure in rail wen engine crank is 12MPa (120Bar) and this in 2-3 sec but if I stop cranking the pressure go at 0 instant + other strange thing is that outside temperature is received like 49C even now by us is no more than 22-25.Battery is perfect and starter work correct so no problem from this side.
I will do tomorrow an injector return test, but if somebody can help me with other suggestions please do it.
