[Request] How To Install Delphi 2013.R3 For Windows XP Tablet

Hi.
I need some information. How do I install Delphi on an DS500 HP tablet?
Now, I have a 2006 version, but I want to make update, but do not know what the procedure is?
I tried to install normally directly on windows, but does not work. Tablet has installed a Windows XP, Tablet Edition.
