I wonder if you can give me a little advice, since installing Delphi 2014.R3 I'm no longer able to use intelligent scan, and my friend who also updated to 2014.R3 cant use ISS also, this is on 2 different VW cars, mine 04 Golf TDi, and his 09 VW Passat TDi. Any idea why this would be? Yet i've tried it on a 06 TDi Skoda Octavia and ISS functions as it should, ISS scan worked fine with previous Delphi versions.
