Mercedes Sprinter W906 OM611 rough/strange idle (cold start).

I hope you can help me to cure this car.
Few facts about the patient:
WDB9036121R******
OM611.981 80kW
1) The "strange idling" is only when you try to start the engine cold.
2) The "strange idling" ends itself (engine suddenly stops working) like on the video.
3) When he makes "strange idling" you can switch the engine off after some seconds and there is 90% chance that he will start normally.
4) When you let him "strange idling" and to stop working without touching the ignition switch = there is 100% sure you will now start engine properly idling.
5) After that for next "strange idling" you have to leave patient alone min. 1,5 hour resting.
6) Pressing the gas pedal when "strange idling" causes no reaction at all.
7) Sprinter is driving very well,![muscle]( "muscle")
there are no any symptoms. ![yes]( "yes")
8) No stored and actual faults, no anomalies.
