Opel Vivaro 2013 2.0 NON Start

I want to help to my good friend. He does not use the internet. He has an Opel Vivaro 2013, and after the big crash, the car will not start. He's looking the Inertia Fuel Shut Off Switch. Someone can you help me, where is the Inertia Fuel Shut Off Switch? I tried to help him, but unfortunately I can not found in the GlobalTIS. I found in Wiring Diagram, but it will be not tell/show where is the switch.
He tried these places: Under the Engine Fuse box and Full left side.
