Renault Kangoo 1.2 Petrol 2000.
My friend from an auto store bought this car to start it you had to push the lock button on the remote while turning the key and pressing the lock button in the car after a few attempts the flashing dash light would go out and start crazy a?
So i tested the key its dead until you hold the remote button on the you can read key ID... So i am thinking just needs a new remote few days later key is dead car wont start and key wont read so i pull the black box pull the chip.
Get the pin and add two transponder chips all good back to the car.
Turn key red light goes out car wont start![shake]( "shake")
Read key it holds the pin data too so should be good.
Removed the immo box again did another read made two more chips using different software still the same red light goes out turns over wont start.
No fault codes up tested all relays behind n/s head light all good too.
He says not being jump started just fitted a new battery.
Any ideas?
