Hyundai i30 2013 1.6 CRDi Diagnostics Issue

Hi! I have i30 1.6 CRDi 2013 need to reset the lights on the dash abs, steering, engine due to battery went flat cause of alternator not charging!
I tried with all my tools X431, Autocom/WoW, etc but non of them communicate except to BCM, SJM and cluster.
What other tools can read Hyundai 2013? Is it also possible to use GDS with Passthru tools?
Hyundai/Kia cars are not my cup of tea!
