Vauxhall Corsa-D Instrument Cluster Issue

Hi all
2007 vaux corsa D non start with flashing car with spanner on dash plugged in opcom re added keys there but when i did a full ecu scan the clocks are off line and no comms car was driven to shop then non restart after

so i am thinking clocks have failed ?? if so
do i need a matching number like P0013264264 set clocks or can they be slightly different like one digit also what is involved in the programming
