Hi Friends,
While programming a detected PCM with IDS V75 on a Diesel Ford Focus year 1999,
I discovered unfortunately a low battery state and the interruption of the process
when I manage to continue or restart the programming session ECU now appears undetected.
I know the best way is to buy a used ECU and restart the process with it.
But can someone tell the alternative way that may consist to remove or change an MCU or eeprom from the ECU's PCB, virginize it with a programmer before solder it back on the PCB and restart the programming process with IDS?
For information the PCM is a YS4F-12A650-PA
Regards.
