VW Polo 6R Automatic Headlight Installation

Project: Volkswagen Polo 6R Automatic Headlight Sensor Activation

Project Car: Polo 6R GTI

Matarials used:
* 3C8941431A - AUTO Headlight Switch
* 8E0971980 - 10 pin connector
* 000979009E (6 pieces) - Pinned Cable
* 1K0951253 - Relay
* VCDS & VAG-COM Cable

First.
Headlight switch is while 0 position, turn to right and remove.





remove socket...





New Headlight Switch




Original Polo Headlight swtich is 17pin socket, but new switch is 10pin socket.
For this reason, we have to re-wiring on the new socket.



10 pinned socket and wirings...





Next step: Relays...

We build between 85 and 86 diodes.









Next step, installed headlight switch wiring...

Which is connected by cable to where I draw the diagram.

After all these old installations and new installations have had two sockets for headlight switch

Upper Circle is New Socket,
middle circle is old socket ( no longer need )
below circle is relay box.

BMC Location:





BCM have two connector,white and black.
Black is A, white is B Connector.

our operations will be on A.

2. pin to BCM A CONNECTOR 37. pin
relay 86 to BCM A 1. pin
