I have this 2013 Navara 2.5 DCi. It had a blocked DPF which i cleaned, and seemed ok. The light came on after a short while. I tested again and found the DPF had broken up and blocked the exhaust. I removed the broken chunk, but it then had fault code P0478. This code says exhaust back pressure (A) fault or or actuator. If you disconnect the DPF sensor then this gives exhaust pressure sensor (B) fault. So i mapped the DPF out but still the same. Then the turbo blew (shaft snapped). Repaired turbo now fitted but still same fault. There is a pressure sensor between exhaust manifold & turbo and a bypass butterfly on EGR to allow EGR to flow over cabin heater pipe to aid warm up. All seem good here, any ideas?
