Here is an iso image of the PIWIS II Version 16.700 Update DVD, which I have decrypted, so that it can be used on any type of installation.
I made the image the same way as before (documented elsewhere) but I haven't tested it, so make sure you have a good backup before you start.
I find the most reliable way to update is to extract the iso directly to drive C: of PIWIS, mount the image using PowerISO, and do the update from PIWIS Tools > DVD Update.
