On a Mitsubishi Gradis 2.4 AT motor code 4G69
Here is the fault code given by Autocom:

The error occurs during driving or even if the ignition is on and pressing on throttle.
The throttle pedal position sensor was changed. Some cables to the sensor where changed. Throttle Body was changed too. And the problem persist.
