GMC Yukon Throttle Relearn Issue

Hi.
I'm using the GM GDS 2 and MongoosePro GM II to do throttle relearn but it says incorrect ignition state.
When engine running it says it's beyond device.
Idle is low and throttle response is too slow. No DTC's.
Suggestions?
