Evening all.
This peace of junk made me crazy today.
The problem: the air is coming out just from the footwell vents.
The short test showed clima bus fault for all the vent motors and the humidity sensor.
I have removed the AC control unit and i found that the 3 pin connector was broken out from the cable. I assume that this has happened by the previous workshop where someone has installed aftermarket NAVI and probably broke the connector.
I have installed new wiring, but the faults were there. I have decided to try another control unit, again no luck.
Something strange: when the cable for the vent motors is connected to the control unit, after 1 or 2 minutes the interior blower starts at around 70% power.
This happens by ignition on. After that, if I switch the ignition off, it still runs, until I disconnect the vent motors cable.
I have succeed to reach all the motors and the humidity sensor also, and disconnected them.
After that I have connected just one of the motors, and the blower started again.
My thoughts are: I think that after he broke the connector, the NAVI guy, has tried to recovery it, but I think he could installed it in the wrong way, and that way he has killed all the elements of this circuit, the motors and the sensor. But this is just a thought for now.
I`m sick of that car, just made me mad!![swear swear]()
![swear swear]()

Any thoughts and ideas are very welcome.
