Renault Megane III RS Steering Lock Issue

Hi guys.

I am currently working on a Renault Megane 3 RS steering lock situation. Steering lock could not release, so we fix one from the junkyard. Tried to swapping PCB, data and filling it with FF. Non of it seems to work.

Lock doesn't retract, and meter keeps showing turn wheel to start.

Any idea on what I should do or check to get the car running again? Attached are the original car dump, junkyard dump, and after FF dump. Please advise.
