VW Scirocco 2012 Mileage Correction

Good evening.
I have a 2012 UK Scirocco to fit a dash panel to.

The current mileage displayed in the cluster is 7,959 & I need to adjust it upwards to 89,960.

I'm using ODIS online, VCDS & Autologic Blue Box.

ODIS rejects the mileage adaption with the error message, "conditions not met"
VCDS also rejects the mileage adaption in dash panel Adaptation with the same error message as ODIS, "conditions not met".

Autologic has no adaption listed & will not pull the SKC to use as a login on VCDS.

Does anyone know if it is possible to adapt the mileage upwards with the kit I have to hand or not?
