BMW F20 120D 2013 FRM Coding

Hi guys.
I have a BMW F20 1 Series 120D 2013 which I need to code the adaptive headlights as one of the headlights have been changed.
I have E-Sys for Fxx Series coding but don't know where the option is in FRM, any ideas?
