Ford Transit 2009 2.2 DPF Regen Issue

Trouble codes relating to restricted/blocked DPF, tried to carry out a Regen using IDS and while doing the procedure it says it's doing a Fuel injection pilot correction learn procedure and then after a few mins, I get message saying failed.

*This procedure has failed due to a fuel injector learn error.
*Note the following pilot correction learn failure code: 196
*A pilot learn investigation is currently being carried out to improve the robustness of this procedure.

Anyway, because the DPF regen failed we replaced the DPF anyway. Once fitted I carried out the procedure for replacing DPF, that went OK.
Now tried the Fuel injector pilot correction learn, again it failed with same message.

So tried Pump Learn, now that failed.

So checked for calibration file and found one, so carried out this update, that went OK.

So, to fix these issues, do I:

1. Reprogramme all the injectors again.
2. I did the speed limiter. That went OK.
3. Fuel injector pump learn.
4. Fuel injector pilot correction learn.
5. Carry out DPF regen. I won't do this because it's new..

Just need a little guidance on this one please.
