Internet Explorer 8 Time To Upgrade Tab

Hi guys

I guess many of you will have seen this tab appear (shown in the screenshot) when you load IE8 sometimes

I am presuming this is due to a Windows Update but I guess it could also be part of a Task Schedule

Just wondering if anyone can advise me what update I need to uninstall or other remedy I need apply to get rid of this annoying interruption forever
