I have 2002 1.2 Polo that needs a engine software update.
I tried several times using ODIS-E using Ford VCM II and genuine VAS5054A and failed. See attachments.
Tried ODIS-S online and offline same thing, failed with error.
All above under Windows 10.

Then I used my CF-53 with Windows 7 again both ODIS's fail. Look at screen shots and you will see the error.
Car is still alive, just won't start the flashing.

Has anyone got an idea why this is happening?

I did a video of one of the procedures which I can give the link if anyone wants to see it.

Hello,
On a GLK with VIN WDC2049841F411050 sometimes the A/C not work, the evaporator freeze and need some shutoff time to work again.
The system was checked for leaks, also was filled with usual quantity of R134a.
Can be a software issue? Where I can search for a TSB for this issue?

Evening guys.

I have a problem with the car from the title.
It comes from another shop where they diagnosed intercooler pump faulty.
The didn't ordered original Mercedes pump, but they ordered an Pierburg CWA100-2 pump as a replacement.
The pump comes with own connector which need to be wired up.
The have messed the wiring and I repaired it.

The problem: when the car is running the pump works ok.
But when the car is off the pump start to run constantly all the time until the battery is dead.
With DAS there are no faults and the live data is on.
Tried to unplug the IAT sensor in order to stop the pump - it didn't affect it at all.

Does someone has faced this behavior before?
Personally I think it could be that the pump is not suitable for this car, but not quite sure. I do not have another pump to try.
Saw that these pumps can be ordered with additional controller.

Any help is welcome.

Hello guys. I fight with MB sprinter 906 with 2.2CDI engine.

This car has lack of power when trying to ride fast on 6th gear. It illuminates check on cluster.

It has no DTC codes when scanning by launch or texa but it has DTCs when trying to scan by universal OBD2 tester and DTCs: are P1954 and P1955 and no description. After 6 time ignition on and off and ECU go to sleep, check engine goes off till next driving cycle. Can anybode help ? it is second Sprinter for this same fault and i have no idea

Hi.

My Astra Z18XER will not start. The engine turns over but will not fire up.
I have the following code: P0685-06

So far I have checked the fuses, cleaned the UEC with contact cleaner and swapped the ECU relay. None of this had made any difference.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hello guys.
I have Ford F250 7.3D and need some parts to buy but my local dealer can't help me because they have database only for European cars.
The VIN is 1FTNX21F83EB02914. I need original or WIX parts numbers because i can't buy anything and what i unmount from car there is no any number.
I need to replace:
- Oil filter and oil
- Fuel filter
- Air filter
- Cabin filter
- Gearbox oil, filter and pan sealing (and what oil specification)?

Hello friends, hope you are all well.

I am working on this Toyota Hilux 2016 model GD6 engine type. The problem is that the car starts and switches off after 3 seconds.
IF I continue to hold on start position with starter cranking the car will run.

The fault codes we have:
P0627 : fuel pump Control Circuit/Open
P1272 : Fuel regulator circuit (EDU drive)

Please point me in the right direction. A Service manual also will be great.

Hi Guys!

I hope the holidays are done for everyone by 1st of September. For me yes, totally done.
I would like to ask your help guys. There is an Opel Astra-J 1.7 Diesel from year 2010. Any other info like VIN, Engine, is not important now.
My question is specially goes for the BCM. The BCM is damaged.

The BCM Part Number is: 13575111

I got a 2nd hand used one from Scrapyard and I would like to ask what is the best way make BCM Clone?
Before someone ask, TIS2WEB is not available from my Country now, Temporary unavailable.

I have seen a 24C16 eeprom on the board. If I swap them then is it enough?
My 2nd hand used BCM has totally same part number than the original one.

I have a GDS 2 2017 VMware timelocked and have a genuine MDI 2 but it wont work because the VMware can not see MDI 2. I think I need drivers for it also on some of the Diagnostic Package it says "Requires GDS 2 install".
I have even tried to install the genuine Abrites Passthru but it wont installed due to the time stamp.
I'll really appreciate it if anyone could help.
